It has been a very long blogging hiatus. I find it ironic I started my blog one year ago over the same vacation because I had time. Now I am restarting it for the same reason. There is something about being back in Riverdale that doesn’t make regret becoming a hermit.
I have not left my house since we got here on Monday and feel 100% okay about that. I am content to sit inside and relax. Especially today given that it’s Christmas Day and absolutely nothing is open, I don’t understand the vision to leave the house. Needless to say, now I am sitting and writing for the first time in months and I feel great. I can’t wait to revitalize the blog and get it up and running again. There will be a lot to blog about in the coming months!
I am starting to student teach full time, doing the Whole 30 starting January 12th and my family is selling my childhood house. There will certainly be no shortage of ideas or blog posts. I am excited for what is to come and I’m even more excited to share the journey with my readers!
