Something I want to do this year is set a goal for every week. I have lost some of the very important habits I was in and want to get back. I know for myself I need to do something a certain number of times to catch the bug again and I am hoping it will help. My biggest regret is losing the motivation to work out. It has been a very long time since I did a tough workout in the gym.
My goal for the week this week is get to the gym at least twice this week to do a solid workout.
