Last week’s goal was to complete everything on time. By a miracle, I was somehow successful. It was a nutty week and I had a lot to do each day in addition to working and having classes. I am proud of myself for my time management skills. I’ve been able to maintain the workouts, the blogging and keep the goals for the week going.
Week 1: Get to the gym at least twice
Week 2: Keep up with blogging
Week 3: Check off my planner on the right day
Week 4: Add in a new workout
This week I want to incorporate a new workout into my schedule. I love my cardio and the strength stuff. I love the yoga too. Now I need to find something new to add – cycling, Zumba, still to be determined. I need to cause some muscle confusion so I keep building up strength.
