Last week I wasn’t so successful in getting EVERYTHING done like I has been in past weeks but everything that needed to get done was done. The one thing I regret is not eating real meals every day. I didn’t have the food to cook, when I tried to my veggies were rotten or I didn’t have time and it was made at 8 PM. This week my goal is to eat real meals every night of the week, left overs or freshly made. I did meet my goal last week by adding a SoulCycle class in. That was a great ride and I am excited to do it again.
Week 1: Get to the gym at least twice
Week 2: Keep up with blogging
Week 3: Check off my planner on the right day
Week 4: Add in a new workout
Week 5: Eat real meals every night of the week
Fingers crossed I meet my goal. Even though I am not eating “bad”, I could be eating better.
